At Watch Bazaar, your satisfaction is our top priority. We ensure every product is checked before shipping, but if you're not fully happy with your purchase, we're here to help.
✅ 1. Eligibility for Returns
We accept returns under the following conditions:

You received a damaged, defective, or wrong product

The item is unused, in original packaging, with all tags and accessories

You raise a return request within 7 days of delivery
⚠️ We do not accept returns for reasons like "changed mind", "no longer needed", or slight color differences due to screen/display.

To initiate a return:

Our team will respond within 24–48 hours with further instructions.
💰 3. Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect the returned item:

If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days

Refund will be credited to your original payment method

For COD orders, we'll request your bank details for NEFT refund
Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
🔄 4. Exchange Policy
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. You can return the product (if eligible) and place a new order.
📦 5. Return Shipping

In most cases, we will arrange reverse pickup via our courier partners.

In areas without reverse pickup, customers may need to self-ship the product. Shipping charges may be reimbursed (up to a limit) upon providing the courier receipt.

We cannot accept returns for:
